The creative direction was to build on the heritage of adventures gone by and bring it to the modern day. Researching into what makes an unforgettable outdoor adventure was important, we looked into small articles and videos for an insight. 20th century photographs, flyers, advertising, and design for example helped draw our attention to see the visual history of the industry.
Could be a skydive, a day walk to a gorgeous waterfall, paddle boarding with friends in summer, a casual surf, abseiling, or even a 4WD trip. Their philosophy: To grow the Adventure Crew community through a common passion, getting out there and doing it. Building a sense of belongingness.
The blend of classic and new design was achieved through colour, typography, shape, and photography. It was important to bring these elements together as a natural cohesion.
The outcome of the project consisted of logo design, graphics for merchandise, digital advertising, and vehicle signage.
